The problem:
The Corsicanic army was known to be dangerous because they mostly fight terrorists at the border, and none wanted to do this job. The army numbers were falling quickly and soon the nation would not have enough soldier to keep even de core planets save form pirates or other kinds of trouble. A couple years before the soldier crisis there was another problem in the nation. A lot of men were gaming all day long not adding anything to the nation and getting fat. Just before the nation was getting ripped apart by the terrorists and pirates there was hope: the sleppo. The sleppo was a kind of bullet that can make the one getting unconscious almost instantly without any complications.

The sport that fixed it:
A man called Hycken Takler had an idea to make a real-life shooting game with these bullets. After getting the green light from the government he started making this sport a reality. A lot of younger boys liked the sport and they became good at it. The sport grew very fast and soon a fifth of the man in the nation did this sport. The best was given an invitation to the army, but they still did want to join. Another man called mister Jebb had a different idea, he proposed that they could join a militia instead and would not need to attack for the nation. This group could also help the police out catching bad guys and the people liked Jebbs idea. Soon Jebbs group grew into the billions and the defense problem was somewhat fixed. The government gave these people the rights to buy army equipment and the right to arrest people. The turned into an armed police force. These armed police force was later renamed to the hunter community because there were hunting bad guys. The hunters were still doing the sport in their free time and this created competition. The average hunter was getting stronger and stronger and soon were the best combatants the nation. The government put bounties on the head of people the government wanted dead and the hunters killed them for them. Soon the government army changed roles, the governments army provided missions for the hunters to do and provided them the equipment. The hunters under commander Jebb was getting so large the hunters split of into smaller factions. These factions usually were giving areas from the government to protect. And this led to the nation to be almost protected.

The improvements:
In the technology there was a new ‘’game’’. This was a simulation that was so real the body thought it was in the simulation. If you did strength training in the simulation the training translated to real life as well. The hunter made a whole training world and began tournaments fighting to the in-game death to increase competition to make the hunters even stronger. Government and the hunters wanted to classify who a real hunter was and who just wanted to do it as a sport. The hunters needed to be certified before the could do most missions. You had to prove you are capable in combat physically and mentally. And if you passed you were officially and level 1 hunter. Hunter also came up with the idea that you can earn badges if you were good at something. You can earn a badge for almost anything that has to do with combat from sword fighting to pilot, form sniper to tanker. For example, if you wanted to get a badge of sword fighting you needed to finish some in-game missions. If you got you badge you are a sword fighter level 1 and if you trained more and more, you will get a higher level. If you wanted to do a snipers mission you had to show the government, you can actually snipe. If you got a badge of sniping, you would have proven and sometimes they need really good snipers and only people with sniper level 20 or higher can to these missions. This was they always have the right person for the job. A lot of hunters these days have many badges and specialize in one thing. If you get a green badge you are in the top 65% of this type of combat. Yellow badge at 75%, orange badge at 85%, Red badge at 95%, black badge at 99% and Mastery Badge with a number if you are in the top 10.

The legend of the Colcenheimer:
The legend of the Colcenheimer started approximately 5000 years ago in the former nation Niederschagen (now a province of the CS). The nation of Niederschagen was a nation on a big long river. One day there was a pirate ship on the river what was raiding the towns on the river. The locals fought this ship for many years, but they could never sink the ship. The said that the ship was unsinkable and when they prayed for their gods a storm appeared the next day to sink the ship but not even de storm made by the gods could sink it. If this story happened in real live is still in question but the name Colcenheimer had become a holy name. Most of the nation does not follow any religions but because there are ship everywhere this religion made sense, so it was implanted as the state’s religion. And it was made illegal to name any ship the Colcenheimer this was like you would call you child God, Allah or Jesus.
Other religions and Feast week:
Christianity, Judaism and the Islam are still present in the empire the numbers are low. Therefore, the nation does not have any religious celebrations but there is celebration week in December. The celebration week is the last week of the year from the 24th to the 31st of December. In this week all feasts were celebrated like birthdays and other. The reason for this is then hunters can still do their things all the other weeks of the weeks. Most families come together this week to give presents and have a good time. After the week the people can then continue their missions. This also make it easier for the government to plan their missions. There are still trillions of hunters who don’t go their families this week but do it a week later of earlier to make sure there are always plenty of defenders around in case of an attack.

Almost freedom of all religions:
Most normal religions that are harmless and doing harmless things can do what they want. But the church must obey the basic laws like gender equality and forced conversions. Some religions think it very important to keep the genders separate but if they want to do this, they need permission form the state. If they have permission a person from the state comes every week to make sure people are suppressed, this is mostly in schools and others places with children. The religion can also never be taught in school in because is school can only facts be taught like math and biology. The extremist religions who do not follow basic law or use violence within their religion are illegal and will be forced to change or their origination will be removed. If you want to start your own religion or organization, you need permission from state to prevent extremist form rising up. Most organizations are approved, and a license is not hard to get, you only need to give a state a paper with your plans. And once a month or so a person from the checks if things are done within the law, like an inspection. This rule is for all organizations even if it has nothing to with religion. But all originations with more than 100 members need to have license. If you do it online, you online a license with more than 5000 people. All originations with more than 100.000 people need a permanent independent inspector from the state. In the bigger originations there are also people form states pretending to be a member to inspect it even deeper. If your origination does nothing wrong, there is nothing to worry about because these people are not allowed to talk what happens inside and can only see good or bad. If it is bad, then they get permission to actually talk about what is going on the inside, and get a warrant to close it.
Animals and Aliens

Other races:
There are not many aliens in the CS but of the ones that actually live in the CS the Candando’s are probably the most well know because the make up 71% of the CS alien population (the amount of aliens in the CS with a citizenship are can be counted in millions. The last number given was 3 years ago and it was only 12,1 million level 1 and 2 aliens in the entire CS (more about the level method in the next chapter). Candando’s are a level 2 kind of alien, they don’t look very different on the outside, but they have very different gens and tends to quite weak. They were getting attacked by the terrorist almost to extinction, but the CS provided protection and their home planet is now part of the CS. Of the 8,6 million Candando’s 8,3 million live on their home planet and the rest is littered all over the nation. The second biggest Alien population comes from Ecin’s which are weird creatures and are a level 1 Alien meaning they don’t look at all. They are a furry like creature what walks on three legs, it has 2 arms and an almost normal head. They had a similar story as the Candando’s but they were not attacked by the terrorist but by another alien. The Versaco’s which are had formed their own country and is no longer at war with the Ecin’s or the CS.
When is someone not considered human?
Because there are four planets humans came from there are four kinds of human. But by breeding between the different kinds of human there is now ‘’only one kind’’ of human (there are still people with different skin colors and other things that look like another but they all human). There is mostly talked about gens. There are 5 levels to classify the similarities: 1: The being is intelligent to communicate with. 2: The being is a humanoid (2 arms, 2 legs, and a head). 3: The being looks the same but has not the same gens. 4: The being can make healthy offspring with a human level 5. 5: The gens are so similar to a human that the gens differ as much as a person living another place. (Like a Chinese and an African). With this scale it is easy to see if how much you differ from the ‘’alien’’ in question. A being at level 4 or 5 cannot be called an alien but a level 1 and 2 are definitely aliens but level 3 is the border, its correct to call them alien but some of them can feel offended because they don’t look much different from the ‘’normal’’ human.

The nation animal is the flactron native to the planet the Corsicaner. This animal is a very effective predator and is known as the fastest animal to ever walked on any planet known to man. With a top speed of 330 km/h because they have one long leg where all their power comes from. The animal also has a diamond blade on his head and feet and they both look identical. The animal also has just 8 mayor joints and a couple smaller bones in the mouth and ear. It also a very good swimmer because it had one big leg and a blade at the end the he can use a fin. They chaise their food and strike them down with their blade, they have a 95% success rate while hunting because of their mobility in both water and on land. They have very good brains and have the same IQ has dolphin, but a large part is taken up by their balance. The animal is also very old the only way it could have been improved is by getting smarter. The animal also lays eggs but only one at a time and can carry this egg in a special place where the was formed in the first place.

The Arena:
Corsicanic soldiers and hunter are one of the best combatants in galaxy and this has everything to with the simulation arena. Like the name suggest the simulation arena is not a real-life arena but a simulation like virtual reality but improved. This simulation is so convincing that the entire body believes that is real life. This means the muscle strength and tactics you learn in the simulation stay with you even outside the simulation. This means when you learn to lift a metric ton in the simulation this means you can then also do it in real life. This means that you can learn very dangerous things what could be deadly in real life. But then there is the most important reason why the simulation made the soldiers so many times stronger than the other nations counterparts. In the simulation you can fight until death and do whatever you want to the ‘’enemy’’ without hurting them in real life. Because of this there are many tournaments in the arena where teams fight each other until the ‘’enemy’’ team is defeated. Because the teams fight each other they keep trying to be stronger and better than the other teams by training and using more advanced tactics. This is a positive feedback loop and in theory the teams will forever get better and better. The arena is also used by beginners to learn to for example fire a gun without hurting themselves. In the simulation you can turn off pain, friendly fire and other useful things. Beginners who can a little are not considered combatants when they reach level one, but they need to get a combat certificate. For a combat certificate you need prove that you can also properly fight with all the real-life features turned on. So, you can say you are gunner when you hit many of your teammates in the process.
When is someone not considered human?
In the simulation your combat effectiveness is also measured so that other people can see how at combat you are. This strength is measured in PP (power point) or sometimes also known as effectiveness number. Very simple, the higher the number the more effective you are. A person who never got combat training and is fighting with only knowledge would have 100 points (a newborn would have 1 point). You can increase these points by for example learning how fire a gun or how punch without breaking your hand after just a couple hits. The average civilian in CS has about 1500 points and this includes everyone form the age of 12. The average Earth soldier is more into the 100.000 point and special forces are closer to 400.000 points. These points are not bad for Earth standard, but you won’t get far up the list with ‘’just’’ 400.000 points. The average for an 18-year-old hunter is about 500.000 (assuming the training started at the age of 14). The average growth for a hunter is about 100.000 extra per year and the total average is 1.7 million but many have way more than ‘’just’’ 1.7 million. Of the people who are full-time hunter can reach closer to a 5 million on average. Most people fight in teams and these teams also get a rating. This rating takes all the members effectiveness ratings and combines them together with some factors. Factor one is how effective the commander is at planning a strategy. The second factor looks at how good the teamwork is between the members. The last factor looks at how many kinds of enemies the team can fight effectively.
To make sure people can always know if they are in a simulation is in two ways. The first way is look at the moon at night and if the moon is always full moon you know it is a simulation. A second way is look at the entire surface area of the ground. Most server run on flat planets for convenience because in most battles it doesn’t matter if the planet is flat or not and it make rendering the simulation easier. In training sessions and battles of the higher classes the render is round so that sniper can learn how to snipe over the curve of the planet. You might think, if there is a way to fool the mind what it is experiencing is real then can you not upload tactics, strength and other combat stuff directly in the mind without the need to train. Well, no, this is not possible because computer imprinting is very hard. Researchers are working on but there are only very little progress and some people are afraid that this requires to understand conscious itself what is close to impossible. And to make sure people don’t live in these simulation they kick everyone out who wants to life in the arena. Sometimes people who are disabled are allowed to come in so that they can live a little but the disabled population in the CS very small.
